We hope you enjoy wearing our socks as much as we enjoy knitting them. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at retail@jalexswift.co.uk

 

We will be happy to refund or exchange (if there is a sizing issue or the item is faulty) the full value of any product purchased, provided they are:

 

  1. The product is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

  1. That the product is returned to us in a resalable condition, unless faulty. This means they are to be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received them and with labels and packaging intact.

 

Please note that unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.

What is the process for returns?

Please email retail@jalexswift.co.uk to notify us of your return. Please package your unworn socks in their original packaging and send with your order number and contact details to:  J. Alex Swift Ltd, Cross Street, Hathern, Loughborough, LE12 5LB
